Harry Potter DOBBY Poseable Figure RARE! Mattel (56194)

Released in 2002 to coincide with the second Potter movie, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. This carded 4-inch poseable toy was part of a small collection manufactured by Mattel.
